WebI've got NVR and I've also tried Radiance V, neither seem to work, I cranked all settings to the max aside from textures of course and they still were dim but only during the day. I use NVE with a custom visualsettings.dat and reshade and it works like a charm. Yours looks like it's set on Ultra or Very High. Try Normal/High to reduce the effect. As for brightness, it comes down to preference, I keep mine at about 20% for better darks.
