A little rugged with some wash walking and boulder hopping but then the trail becomes easy to navigate and is a little jewel right in the middle of the valley. I actually think Ammonosoouc Trail is easier than Edmands. Overall Eisenhower was a very dog friendly hike and any dog used to hiking in the whites should be fine on Eisenhower.
