My argument is based on paragraph (C) of the definition of an "Antique": (C) any muzzle loading rifle, muzzle loading shotgun, or muzzle loading pistol, which is designed to use black powder, or a black powder substitute, and which cannot use fixed ammunition. That would be using a .429 bullet which would be way to small. Now once you use a 45 colt conversion cylinder you need to stick with black powder type loads.
