I spoke to Aftershokz support and they have a fix that worked for me but the mute problem reverted back for me so it’s likely you’ll need to apply the fix over again. The 2-year warranty, in my opinion, puts it in line with other wireless headsets in this space. It would raise my eyebrow a bit if it only came with a 1-year warranty, but thankfully it doesn’t.
